* Remove dusts from behind computers / printers / fax / phone /                  computer mother-boards and clean when required
* Wipe all windows sills and polish to shine
* Spot clean walls (weekly)
* Dust skirting-board (Weekly)
* Clean all doors and handles and switches (polish weekly) clean glass          doors daily
* Vacuum all chairs and wipe chairs legs and shine (weekly)
* Vacuum all floors including hard floors
* Mop all hard floors
